Circus of Bubbles sells tickets on this site. Here is what we collect, why, and who else sees it.
What we collect
When you buy tickets or donate: your name, email address, the tickets you bought and what you paid. At checkout you can also choose to tell us your home ZIP code and how you heard about the show.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers.
We email your tickets, a reminder before your show, and a thank-you afterwards. We may also let you know when we announce a new show. Every show-news email has an unsubscribe link.
Advertising and measurement (Meta)
This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. They tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you visit a ticket page, start checkout or buy tickets, so we can see which of our ads work and show our ads to people likely to enjoy the show. The pixel uses cookies in your browser. With a purchase we also send Meta your email address, name and ZIP code in scrambled (hashed) form so Meta can match the purchase to an ad.
You can control the ads you see in your Meta ad preferences, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We use it to run the shows, sell tickets and tell people about upcoming performances.
